CoAmi is run by Trett Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17310137. Registered office: The 1812 Building, Wheatley Park, Mirfield, West Yorkshire, WF14 8HE, United Kingdom. ICO registration: ZC276667.

Visiting this site

We collect no personal information directly through this site. It has no cookies, trackers, analytics, forms or scripts.

GitHub Pages hosts the site. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security, even without a GitHub account. GitHub decides how it uses these security logs as a separate controller; we do not set its retention period. GitHub, Inc. is in the United States, and processing can take place there and elsewhere. Its privacy statement explains retention, rights and transfer safeguards, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

If you email us

We are the controller for your email address, message and correspondence. We use them to reply and handle your enquiry or report. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering enquiries and protecting the service, or legal obligation when handling privacy rights and complaints. Google Workspace hosts these mailboxes; overseas processing is possible, using the Data Privacy Framework UK Extension or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. Ask privacy@coami.ai for safeguard details or copies.

Emailing us is voluntary. We need enough contact details and context to reply, and we may ask you to confirm your identity for a privacy request. We delete these emails when we no longer need them, and no later than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless a specific legal duty requires a record for longer. Google may take some time to remove deleted email from its systems. Pilot users' cases follow the deletion rules in the pilot Privacy Notice.

Email we send

The website does not subscribe you to emails. Pilot service emails contain no promotion:

• Invitations go only to people invited by a workspace owner and individually approved by a Trett Labs director.
• We send sign-in, account and security notices. Essential notices cannot be switched off.
• You can switch off optional notifications about your own projects.
• We send no marketing and use no bought lists.
• Service emails come from no-reply@coami.ai; contact us at privacy@coami.ai or security@coami.ai.
• Amazon SES (eu-west-2) suppresses hard-bounced or complaining addresses to stop further sending. Entries contain the email address, reason and date. A director manually removes your entry when your data is deleted.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to legitimate-interests processing. Contact privacy@coami.ai. You can complain to us or the ICO.

Invited pilot users receive the separate pilot Privacy Notice with their invitation.
